The 1888 U.S. presidential election if President Garfield survives and wins reelection in 1884

What would the 1888 U.S. presidential election have looked like had President Garfield survived his 1881 assassination attempt and won reelection in 1884?

Who would both parties' nominees for U.S. president be in 1888 in this TL? Also, who would win?

In addition to this, as a side question--with Roscoe Conkling's political power being destroyed, there would no longer be a need for President Garfield to retain Chester Arthur as VP in 1884 (plus, this is not to mention that Arthur was already chronically ill with Bright's Disease by this point in time). Thus, who would Garfield's new VP in 1884 have been in this TL?

Also, would James G. Blaine (who would presumably remain U.S. Secretary of State for eight years in this TL) be interested in the 1888 Republican presidential nomination in this TL?

I mean, he didn't run in 1888 in our TL, but that was four years after his 1884 defeat. In contrast, in this TL, Garfield lives and wins reelection in 1884.
